John Zaffis and the Paranormal Research Society of New England
Friday March 14, 2008 8:27 AM
John Zaffis is a busy man. In addition to authoring a book on the paranormal and maintaining his own personal site, he also curates a museum of the paranormal and helms the Paranormal Research Society of New England.
John Zaffis is the nephew of Ed and Lorraine Warren, and as such he has vast experience with paranormal phenomenon. The PRSNE's team of researchers investigates local paranormal phenomenon, and the PRSNE website contains extensive files on these investigations and on haunted locations in the New England area. They ask that interested parties look for natural causes of paranormal phenomenon before launching an investigation. They also teach classes on ghost hunting and electronic voice phenomenon.
The John Zaffis Paranormal Museum is an eclectic collection of haunted objects. There's a school desk that moved across the floor with a person sitting in it, a marionette that spoke to a child without the aid of a puppeteer, and a chief doll that gave a woman nightmares. A three-foot statue of an island man moved from room to room in a home, an antique doll caused doors to open and close, and an organ played by itself. John Zaffis has been brave enough to collect these and other items and display them in his museum.

John did an interview on KarmaAir.com a couple of weeks ago. It was a pretty good interview, especially in regards to what he believes demons are and how they can be affected and affect you. It can be heard here: http://www.karmaair.com/showblog.aspx?episodeid=721

I liked this article and would love to know if Mr Zaffis has ever tried to experience any of the phenomenon himself and if he has had any of the items that moved on their own..move in his museum. That would be spectacular if he had that statue locked up and it moved elsewhere..but I bet he would just exorcise it and be done with it. It would be great to find that out though!
Thanks for giving us this info!
I am going to scream now..this will be the 7th time I've entered the captcha but its not taking!!!!!!!!! uggggghhhhhh!
make it 9th time, no lets try for 10...11..(someone needs to do something..I'm not blind or stupid and its not working!) Its too hard to read through the crinkle and smudges.
