paranormal state man of the houseCase File: 2006.12.29F
Code Name: "Man of the House"

SUMMARY OF PHENOMENA
Case involves a home owned by Cheryl and Bill that is affecting their daughter, Diane, and grandson, Adam. Adam claims to have seen a woman in his bedroom. Both Cheryl and Diane have felt the presence of an older male, whom Cheryl claims has a raspy voice. Whenever this male presence is around, they smell cigar smoke. The family is currently remodeling the home. Cheryl, Diane and Adam are shaken by the activity in the home. Husband, Bill, has never had an experience and isn't sure the home is haunted.

NOTES FOR THE DISPATCHED FIELD RESEARCH TEAM
• Since Bill isn't a believer and Cheryl is, is this causing any strain in their relationship?

• If there is the presence of a spirit in the house, who is it? What connections do they have with the house?

• Could the remodeling of the old home be causing this sudden spike of paranormal activity?

Barbi:

I cannot wait to see this episode. It is something when one spouse is a skeptic and the other a believer. If there is a spirit present, how will they work to "get rid" of it, or cleanse the home? I have always wondered how much love and complete cooperation is needed to take part in cleansing a home of a "haunting". On another note, I understand how important love and cordialness is necessary to implement a positive energy in a home with a demonic entity. It's easily shown how negative energy feeds on negativity to grow stronger.

Val:

I don't remember if this episode was the one
where the hand print showed on the wall or not. I have seen this happen on infared before. When a person sits in a chair and
gets up or touches a wall they leave a thermal imprint. Was the crew or clients questioned as to wether or not they might have touched that wall recently? Just something to think about.

I Love PRS.

Thanks,

Val
